The water tank in the kitchen keeps variety of fresh fishes from Suruga Wan, for example, rockfishes, tunas, squids, and filefishes. In addition to these fishes from the sea, fishes caught in the river, such as Ayu and eels are in the tank. From a mountain, focusing on Kyo vegetables such as eggplants and Japanese butterbars are cooked making the most of characteristics. You will start with appetizer and be served 13 different cuisines. In these 13 cuisine, we always bring in the French dish at least. Dishes served for you are from Bizen, Arita, Kutani, and Shimizu. Tubs, in which boiled Tofu is served, are made by gTaru genh in Kyoto, and the bowl is lacquering bowl from Wajima.
